Victor Jortack is a Minnesota state certified Spanish interpreter 

and works at the Mayo Clinic as an interpreter and translator. He earned a law degree in Argentina, where he served as a trial attorney and magistrate as well as college law professor. Mr. Jortack is co-author of “Indexación Abuso y Desindexación,” a bestseller in the legal field. Currently, he lives in the United 

States and holds a Master of Divinity degree and a Doctorate degree in Theology.
