This 2 hour session, presented in English, will concentrate on various types of court cases, their similarities and differences, how the court cases get started, the essential steps in their development, and how they end their lives.

Biography of Presenter

Gennady Bronshteyn was born and grew up in Leningrad, in the former Soviet Union, where he studied at Rimsky-Korsakov Music College. Gennady immigrated to the United States in 1989 and later graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Music with a bachelor’s degree in music education. Gennady began working as an interpreter in 1996 and passed the state court certification exam in 2001. For fourteen years now he has been working as a freelance interpreter in state, federal and immigration courts. Presently, Gennady is a 2^nd year student at William Mitchell College of Law.
